  • What about Sushi. The rice is white but not processed. Vegetables are there but I love sashimi and rolls with raw fish. Are some better than others???

    • @Kris Sushi is quite a healthy food but unfortunately fish and vinegar rice used in sushi is slightly acidic. Balance your meal with some edamame (fresh soy beans), some miso soup and some salad and you have a healthy, alkalizing meal.
