The Alkaline Diet Strategy That Will Work Wonders For You

And The Best Part?…
You Can Be Buzzing With Health In Just Days

It turns out that the single most important measurement for your health is the pH of your blood and tissues – how acidic or alkaline it is.

When it comes to Health, balance is everything.

All you have to do is take a look around you to see that most people with our modern lifestyles are suffering from imbalance. They are obese. Tired. Prematurely aging. Perhaps you are too.

In fact, half of us will die from heart disease or diabetes. A third will die from cancer.

The obvious clue is right there in the top three killers (cancer, heart disease, and diabetes). All are directly linked to diet.

The vast majority of people experiencing less-than-optimal health or illness have pH levels that are overly acidic. The primary force creating this low-level acidosis is our diet.

The typical western diet is acidifying, meaning that it consists primarily of foods that have an ongoing acidifying effect on the body.

Just as your body temperature is rigidly regulated, the body must be kept in a very narrow pH range. The body will go to great lengths to preserve that, including wreaking havoc on other tissues or systems.

Fortunately, there is much you can do to turn an unhealthy acidic environment into a health-promoting alkaline environment. In fact, the most important step you can take in creating an ideal acid-alkaline balance in your body is to take control of your diet by making smart food choices.

  • No weight problem… 5’10, 150 lbs. I’m 77 years old. Do have cancer and not able to get ph balanced. Testing with strips used in mouth.

Do not have my normal energy and almost doing all the things you suggest. The others I will begin.

Subscribe to theory of balancing ph and getting more oxygen in my blood traveling to cells.

  • Hello Michael: I finally got it!!! I also appreciate all the information you give to us willingly and unselfishly. What program do you have? My main concern is doing all I can to keep my arteries free of plaque and blood flow free of any debrie. I am taking fish oil, red rice, coQ10, and so I know I am doing something. I am also interested in having an alkine body with and alkiline diet. I know that you provide that. I just feel like I need a bit of direction.

My brother in law had a massive heart attack while his cholesterol has been the lowest ever. 160 I believe. He is active and only 63 years of age. I think that we are all walking around frightened a bit. I can’t afford at this time too expensive a program, but maybe you can give me an idea of what I can do.
Be well and Happy New Year to you.

  • I’m 30 yo and was recently confined in the hospital with the ff. diagnoses: cardiac dysrhythmia secondary to hypokalemia, mitral valve prolapse, and acid related problems. I was prescribed medications for the heart as well as the GI tract. potassium levels were restored and still under observation. Are there any tips or precautions I should take note of in starting with the AA diet? My mom had a heart attack followed by a stroke, has breast cancer, as well as bone density issues. My dad had a stroke and has diabetes. I’m hoping to keep my health in better check by going on this diet. Your advice would be well appreciated. Thanks!
