The Anti-Aging Test

Your lifestyle may be causing you to prematurely age. Unfortunately most people do. There are simple steps you can take to reduce and even reverse some signs aging.

Take the test to find out how quickly you are aging because of your lifestyle…

  1. 1. Aches and pains are a natural part of getting older, and nothing can be done to help it.

  2. 2. Premature aging includes the following:

  3. 3. Many of the signs of premature aging are preventable (eg. Sagging skin, wrinkles, sun spots, out of shape figure)

  4. 4. The natural weight gain as women age is due to:

  5. 5. How many 8-ounce glasses of water do you consume daily?

  6. 6. What is the purpose of antioxidants?

  7. 7. What is the best, and most natural way of providing your body with free-radical fighting antioxidants?

  8. 8. A diet that contains too much acidity will also be a diet that is poor in antioxidants.

  9. 9. You can eat whatever you like, as long as you take a multivitamin and extra antioxidants.

  10. 10. Over time, acidity in the diet causes the body to dissolve minerals that it needs; such as calcium and magnesium.

  11. 11. An acidic diet also affects your hair, skin, teeth and nails.

  12. 12. What is an early warning sign that your diet is too acidic?

  13. 13. Which food color is also the most “youthful”.

  14. 14. Fat gain can most often be attributed to:

  15. 15. The fountain of youth could very well be…

  16. 16. Bottled juice from the grocery store has all the same benefits to your health and beauty than freshly pressed juice.

  17. 17. Counting calories is the single most important thing you can do for your waistline.

  18. 18. Being properly hydrated affects your looks, and can undo signs of aging such as listless skin, dull eyes and weak hair.

  19. 19. Weight gain that happens gradually over the age of 40 is irreversible.

  20. 20. Visible damage caused by acidity in the body is treatable by making small adjustments to the diet.

Your result

It is unfortunate, but according to your results you may believe that you have very little control over your body’s fight against aging. Because of this, you could be taking a backseat and letting your body look and feel older than it should.

Although you are not completely satisfied with the way you look and feel, you’re probably also not doing everything you can to help it, maybe you feel the task is just too daunting? Changing your lifestyle would certainly be difficult…and the changes would be so slow that you would lose motivation, right?

Wrong.

Fortunately, making small changes can be a huge impact if you balance the acidifying effects of your diet. This isn’t based on a fad/starvation style of dieting. This is a way of eating and looking at food, that our ancestors would have appreciated. Imagine your great-great grandmother seeing a frozen, less-than-delicious-but-at-least-it’s-convenient meal that you pop in a microwave. It wouldn’t even look like food to her, and you know, she’s right. This meal is robbing your taste buds of flavor and your body of nutrients. Instead, reach for food like fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy them alone, in salads or with healthy dips. Just a few days of eating unprocessed and unrefined foods in their “natural” state and rehydrating your body will start revitalizing you and make you look and feel great.

I welcome you to try the acid-alkaline diet program for just three days to realize how much a few small changes can really make to the way you look and feel – inside and out.

  • I took the test and the results were good. It did say that I may look pretty good for my age and that is true. I am nearly 60 and I am often told that I look good and in my late 40s!I have good skin as I take care of my skin and eat quite healthly. I feel it also has to do with ones genes as my mother is alive and well at 91! Whoa!

  • My sister has recently found out that her pH level is very high/low – bit confused about that bit! She has also just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and suffers terribly with UTI’s. She has been told that her pH problem could be contributing to these problems and is therefore looking for alternate ways to assist control of her pH levels.

  • I am a lady 67 years old. My husband is in a nursing home w/alzheimer’s/Parkinson’s & stroke, on much medication. I wish he could be helped also. I am overweight & struggle w/getting it off. I have high blood pressure I’m trying to get down. I do not like to be on medications. My knees hurt so it is difficult to exercise.
