Your result

It is unfortunate, but according to your results you may believe that you have very little control over your body’s fight against aging. Because of this, you could be taking a backseat and letting your body look and feel older than it should.

Although you are not completely satisfied with the way you look and feel, you’re probably also not doing everything you can to help it, maybe you feel the task is just too daunting? Changing your lifestyle would certainly be difficult...and the changes would be so slow that you would lose motivation, right?

Wrong.

Fortunately, making small changes can be a huge impact if you balance the acidifying effects of your diet. This isn't based on a fad/starvation style of dieting. This is a way of eating and looking at food, that our ancestors would have appreciated. Imagine your great-great grandmother seeing a frozen, less-than-delicious-but-at-least-it’s-convenient meal that you pop in a microwave. It wouldn’t even look like food to her, and you know, she’s right. This meal is robbing your taste buds of flavor and your body of nutrients. Instead, reach for food like fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy them alone, in salads or with healthy dips. Just a few days of eating unprocessed and unrefined foods in their “natural” state and rehydrating your body will start revitalizing you and make you look and feel great. I welcome you to try the acid-alkaline diet program for just three days to realize how much a few small changes can really make to the way you look and feel - inside and out.

  • I took the test and the results were good. It did say that I may look pretty good for my age and that is true. I am nearly 60 and I am often told that I look good and in my late 40s!I have good skin as I take care of my skin and eat quite healthly. I feel it also has to do with ones genes as my mother is alive and well at 91! Whoa!

  • My sister has recently found out that her pH level is very high/low – bit confused about that bit! She has also just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and suffers terribly with UTI’s. She has been told that her pH problem could be contributing to these problems and is therefore looking for alternate ways to assist control of her pH levels.

  • I am a lady 67 years old. My husband is in a nursing home w/alzheimer’s/Parkinson’s & stroke, on much medication. I wish he could be helped also. I am overweight & struggle w/getting it off. I have high blood pressure I’m trying to get down. I do not like to be on medications. My knees hurt so it is difficult to exercise.
    Thanks
