I have artritis, fibromylsia, overweight, high blood pressure .. and just not feeling good…want to get as much info. as I can; so that I may intellectually start this program.. and see if this will change my body for the better. part of me is saying but it is too late to learn something new at my age ; I’m 65 years old.. but I’m tired of being an invalid. and want to be proactive with this … so here I go ..!!! MikkiI’m 54 year old, very overweight, 310lbs to be exact, suffers with arthritis in both knees. High blood pressure, feels lousy all the time. Don’t have the energy to do squat, issues with my hair, stressed out, basically I’m a mess.
